How to use this app

From idea to image, in five steps

  1. 1
    New job

Click + New job and give it a title.

  2. 2
    Prepare inputs from source material

Have a deck, email or briefing? Open the Prepare input from source material panel, copy the prompt, run it in your chat/copilot with your source attached, paste the result back in.

  3. 3
    Curate the input

Edit the text directly. Name your epics or zones explicitly. Where you don't have detail, leave it out — the tool writes "(detail TBD)" rather than invent.

  4. 4
Add a reference or example image (optional)

Upload a diagram in the visual style you want. The tool treats it as a style donor — it copies palette, typography and idiom, never the labels.

  5. 5
    Generate

Click Validate to spot input issues, then Run. You get a PNG plus a Markdown brief showing exactly what the tool extracted from your input.

Three modes for starting a job

From scratch

Pure text input. No reference image needed.

From a reference image

Generate a new diagram in the style of an uploaded reference. The subject can differ.

Modify existing

Edit an uploaded diagram. The output preserves what you don't ask to change.
