Usage by user
Runs, tokens and estimated cost per user — click a column to sort.
Recent runs & cost
Click View on a run to inspect its brief, image and error artefacts. Cost combines the brief and image model stages.
Run logs
Most recent runs with their current stage and any error detail — for quick triage. Use the date filter on the Overview tab to widen the window.
User management
Promote/demote, reset a temporary password, or disable/enable access.
User logins
First login, last login, total logins and last login IP per user — sorted by most recent activity. Click a column to re-sort. Users who have never signed in appear at the bottom.
Create a new user
Access is invite-only — users cannot self-register. New users receive a temporary password and must set their own on first sign-in.
Password requirements
The temporary password must meet the Cognito policy below. The user replaces it with their own on first sign-in.
- At least 12 characters. A 10- or 11-character password will be rejected.
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z).
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z).
- At least one digit (0–9).
- Symbols are allowed but not required.
! @ # $ % & *etc. are fine.
Examples that pass: Welcome2DiagGen!, FirstLogin2026X, HMRC-Rich-Pic-99.
Examples that fail: d123123!cdD (only 11 chars), welcome2diaggen (no uppercase), WelcomeDiagGen! (no digit).
